Art and Design Lending Library

The Art and Design Lending Library provides tools and equipment for ASU students, instructors and staff to use in projects, especially those related to art, architecture and design.

Items from this collection can be checked out until the library closes each day. Stop by our front desk at the Design and the Arts Library and ask about this service!

What’s available

Forgot your T-square? Want to try out a French curve set? Need a sketch board for a few hours? Below is a selection of the items available through the Art and Design Lending Library.

General guidelines

  • Items are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Only one of each type of item may be borrowed at a time.
  • Items cannot be reserved or held.
  • Please do not return items to any library book drop. They must be returned to the Design and the Arts circulation desk in person.
  • Use library items with care and respect.

Loan periods

Items are available to borrow until the Design and the Arts Library closes each day. Items cannot be kept overnight or renewed.
